At Al Safinah, every product is handcrafted with intention — from our signature scent blends to the sustainably sourced ingredients that power our formulas. We are currently accepting pre-orders as we carefully formulate and prepare each item in small batches. Please allow for additional time as we work to deliver goods that honor our commitment to quality, care, and elevated ritual.

Shipping Details

Because many of our products are housed in glass, we are constantly refining our eco-conscious shipping solutions. While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding should any damage occur in transit. Your support during this early phase of our journey means everything.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at alsafinahwash@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. If eligible, we will gladly ship a replacement and cover return shipping for the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our goods, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personal care items (such as beard oils, tallow balms, or laundry detergents)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to request a return for the original item. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order separately for the replacement.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
